Our menus are designed and prepared by Sally Walker Catering Ltd.
Sally founded her company ‘Creative Cooking’ 13 years
ago. Regular training, for instance, by visits to the Leith's Cookery
School in London ensure that your catering is of the highest standard.
Seasonal menus are created using the freshest of ingredients from
local suppliers.
Designed to eat within the hour, the Finger Buffet is included in
the quoted Day Delegate Rate. This menu is nutritious, vitamin rich
and light and is preferred by the majority of our customers. (Other
catering options are also available at a supplement). Below are
some examples.
