The following Finger Buffet is included in the Day Delegate Rate. A selection is provided unless choice is specified. All freshly cooked and prepared in-house by Sally Walker and her team.
All of the menus are created using the freshest of ingredients from local suppliers. Sally's ethos is that seasonal food always tastes best and she believes that food that is in season has all the nutritional requirements that our bodies require at that time of the year.
