The Day Delegate rate is based on a minimum of 10 Delegates and final numbers need to be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We allow payment on invoice within 30 days.
Cancellations: In principal we do not wish to take advantage of your misfortunes and charge you for cancelling or changing dates regarding a booking made with us. However, we reserve the right to charge you at our discretion a cancellation fee covering and reflecting our potential loss if we genuinely cannot replace your confirmed booking
