Tariff
Our 8 Hour Day Delegate Rate is £32 per person per day (ex vat)

The Rate Includes:

Main Room Hire
Separate room for refreshments
Coffee, Tea and Biscuits on Arrival
Mid Morning Coffee, Tea and Biscuits
Buffet Lunch with Fruit Juices
Afternoon Tea, Coffee and Cake

Main Room Hire includes:

Table refreshments such as water, cordials and mints
Notepaper and Pens
OHP and Projector Screen
Flip Chart and Marker Pens

LCD Projectors, Laptop Computers, TV and Video/DVD available to hire and other audio visual and display equipment can be provided with prior arrangement.

Photocopying, faxing, telephone and typing facilities are available for a small charge. Should you need anything else we will do our very best to find it for you.

Syndicate Rooms available for £85 Room can also be hired from £100 per day

The Day Delegate rate is based on a minimum of 10 Delegates and final numbers need to be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We allow payment on invoice within 30 days.
Cancellations: In principal we do not wish to take advantage of your misfortunes and charge you for cancelling or changing dates regarding a booking made with us. However, we reserve the right to charge you at our discretion a cancellation fee covering and reflecting our potential loss if we genuinely cannot replace your confirmed booking.
